Amazon Partnered Carrier Not working
Hello,
We have been having this same issue for a number of months now. Whenever we try to use the amazon partnered carrier for this, which is UPS, it says
"Unable to select UPS. Please try again in a few minutes."
It has been saying this for months, and support is unable to do anything, it would seem.
So i am hoping someone has a solution for this issue?

It might be worth double-checking your ship-from address details. The the help page about partnered carrier issues mentions that even small address formatting issues can cause problems. For example:
- Extra information in address lines (like "behind door #2" or business hours)
- City and state not appearing on two separate lines
- Missing or incorrect phone number format
- Mismatched zip codes
The help page also notes that partnered carrier isn't available on certain shipping routes (like shipments from Canada), though I assume that's not the case here.

Amazon Partnered Carrier program options are available for small-parcel deliveries and less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal, and full-truckload (FTL) shipments within the 48 contiguous states in the US.
