Account Deactivated under section 3 and amazon asked for virtual identity verification
Hi. Amazon has deactivated my new Individual seller account. Amazon sent me an email.
"Dear Seller,
Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found here.
Why is this happening?
We have reviewed your account and would like to confirm your identity.
How do I verify my identity?
To verify your identity, you need to complete virtual identity verification over a video interview. To reserve a time slot for the interview, fill out the form here.
After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred time slots, 48 hours before the interview. After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days."
This is email. Then I sent email and provide all the documents but amazon didn't accept and sent me another email. In this email amazon tell me
"Hello,
Thank you for your mail. We have received your response to schedule your virtual identity verification. We will send you a meeting invite 48 hours before the interview date."
But I don't receives any video call. I'm waiting from 2 days. Is someone tell me Hoe I reactivate my account

Unfortunately, the wait can be weeks. Do not send them documents if they are asking for video verification (they will look at them on video and then may ask you to send them).

" I'm waiting from 2 days. "
About that 2 days part---------------
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That '24', '48', '72' hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

Hey there @Savvy_Emporiium ,
Thanks for reaching out to the forums community and your continued patience in working through the video verification. Based on what you shared I want to speak to the time slots for video call.
What specific dates did you choose for your time slots?
After we receive your response on this form, we will invite you for the interview on one of your preferred time slots, 48 hours before the interview. After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 5 business days.
You choose three different dates/times - we then send you a meeting invite 48hrs prior to that time slot.
Let's clarify the video verification call process. You will not be receiving a proactive call from an Amazon specialist.
You will receive a Performance Notification in Seller Central which includes the details of your selected date and time for the call, and will be joining the call during your allotted time slot.
You will be joining an Amazon Chime video call, with your own secure link, provided via Performance Notification.
All that being said, please feel free to give us an update on your timeframes or reach out with any additional questions you may have.
Best,
Sonny
