If you sell cosmetics/beauty items (looking at your name ?), then I believe they are not eligible for return.

You would need to build your losses into your pricing.
The same would be the case for a bricks and mortar store to cover for shoplifting.
of course, in the case of razors - you could chose to move to FBM or not sell on amazon.
