Ich verwende Google Translate und wenn es Fehler gibt, tut es mir leid.
Ich habe ein Problem mit WEEE, ich habe eine eingetragene Marke „FORAM“ im Markenregister und ich habe eine WEEE-Nummer (akzeptiert) bei Amazon. Eine Auktion unter meiner Marke wurde letzte Woche gesperrt. Auf der Seite mit „Fix Your Products“ habe ich folgende Informationen:
“You need to register your brand to list this product in order to comply with Extended Producer Responsibility requirements in Germany. Once your brand application is approved, you may also need to submit a WEEE-Reg.-Nr.”
Ich habe Amazon diesbezüglich angeschrieben, Amazon behauptet, es liege nicht an der WEEE-Nummer, sondern an etwas anderem. Ich mache mir große Sorgen, da fast alle meine Produkte auf dieser Marke basieren und wenn sie Anfang Juli blockiert werden, wäre das sehr schlecht für mein Geschäft.
Ist jemand von euch auf dieses Problem gestoßen oder weiß er, wie man es löst? Könnte das ein Amazon-Fehler sein?

You need a LUCID registration and also a WEEE registration (that’s done already).

I have a registered brand(on brand registry), LUCID and WEEE to it. But one variant was blocked anyway. I have no idea what that could be

The inventory is likely only blocked (until the issue is resolved).
How long ago did you submit the registration numbers? This could take many weeks. Only today, our last WEEE problem seems to have been resolved, after many months.
Then you might want to check the EPR report, if anything has been placed by Amazon into a wrong WEEE catergory.
And maybe try “fix your product”.

My WEEE are accepted for 3/4 weeks. EPR is ok. I cannot fix this product until today. Amazon give me information that auction will be available up to 24 hours. This look like glich / error from amazon.
I need help with second question about my products on FBA - when i have there different brand that on brand registry, my offer will be blocked?

Your brand certainly has to match your WEEE registration.
If you are also selling e.g. “Brand B” as well, you will have to supply a valid WEEE number for that brand as well; you need to check your supplier or the manufacturer for this number. If they can’t supply a valid number, the brand is blocked for sale in the future (which also means, if you can’t supply the number, and have already stocked it for FBA, you need to recall that stock - you will not be able to sell it).

Did you register your brand to the Amazon Brand Registry? That should solve the problem if not done yet.

We have a registered but different brand than the one on the auction. I tried to change it through amazon support, but he is stubborn when it comes to changing the brand. I am the manufacturer of this product.

Selbes Problem auch bei mir. Amazon zeigt sich überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit.
Die WEEE Nummern sind hinterlegt, dennoch sind viele Angebote inaktiv geschaltet worden.

Amazon geht hier grad einen massiven Schritt, um Verkäufer loszuwerden und das Angebot extrem auszudünnen. Das ist alles nicht mehr normal und macht auch keinen Spaß mehr. Zum Glück gab es Umsatz vor, neben und nach Amazon.
