My customer ask for to change his name on invoice. But invoice is generated by amazon.
I opened case several times but amazon customers support says you can not modify the invoice. What should i do ?

You should request the customer cancels and reorders with the details they want on the invoice, this covers you as well as the customer.
If you send it to a different person or address to what was provided when the order was placed you open yourself up to A to Z claims for non receipt.

Easiest thing is to advise that the invoices are automatically generated by amazon to the business details they entered when ordering and you cannot change the invoice.
You could create your own invoice though I have to say I am not a legal expert on this and if its OK to create a slightly amended invoice.

As above, you cannot change the name on an invoice - that would be falsifying details, and personally think that is not legal, and as said, they are generated automatically by Amazon, so nothing you can do.
I wonder why the customer is asking for it to be changed ? - sounds suspicious to me.
