account deactivated, no access to previous account
Hi, in lockdown I employed someone to help me sell items online. He set up an amazon account and listed some products to sell on Amazon. He listed some products along with another companies registered products as they looked alike which was obviously wrong. This was flagged up and the account was deactivated. We never bother re activating it until two months ago when i set up another account,
Problem is i dont know the email used to log in nor the password. so i have zero access to the account and wouldn't know where to start. They are asking for proof of ownership transfer etc but thats not the case. On the forums alot of people say you need to address the first account problems but i cant log in and go through the process. so i dont know where to start.
(we didnt persue it at the time and didnt even collect the fund in account at the time as we were really busy on other selling platforms and realised we were going to overstretch ourselves selling on two fronts. the remember staff also left on bad terms so i cant contact them and doubt he can remember the passwords used.)

unfortunately you aren’t likely to get anywhere with Amazon without that email address.
I would say your best hopes lie in speaking to the other employee who left to see if they can remember that email address.
