Where are all the emails from all the your buyers?
We used to have a list of all correspond email with a buyers Now if the buyer goes through Amazon that email is not registered. Buyer’s all email can ot be seen. Maybe I’m missing something a bout email…

You have never been able to see a buyers real email address.

Amazon has removed the buyers email and phone number from the order page. Now it is replaced with an email that ties to the original email inside of Amazon’s system. Same with the phone number.

Amazon is protecting the buyers personal info, all correspondence needs to be done through the Buyer-Seller messaging system, why would you need their email?

I just went to Amazon’s messages, click on all messages and have a page full or two.
