I got an IP Complaint but other 3rd party sellers are on it. HELP! Betrulight LLC
I got an IP complaint from a brand but noticed that there are other amazon fba sellers on that listing as well as the brand is on that listing. I heard that some sellers can try to scare you to hop off the listing but I am unsure. I got an email from the brand and a message on seller central. I am not sure what to do. PLEASE HELP!

Follow AM's instructions, reach out to your supplier and the brand owner, if you bought from a reputable source and have the paperwork you will be OK.

I understand you received an intellectual property policy violation and need some assistance in addressing the issue. I want to provide some clarity on the topic.

When sellers come to Amazon they agree to follow Amazon policies as well as federal, state, and local laws that are applicable to their products and listings. Intellectual property must be correctly used and respective to the rights owner. Sellers may not violate the intellectual property of brands or other rights owners at any time. If any rights owner or brand feels anyone is infringing upon their intellectual property rights they may report an intellectual property violation.
Follow AM's instructions, reach out to your supplier and the brand owner, if you bought from a reputable source and have the paperwork you will be OK.
Per @invalid_username, certain documentation can help you with the violation. Do you have a Letter of Authorization for the brand?
What is the specific intellectual property violation you received? If you would not mind sharing this information, I can provide more information. In the meantime, the Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers help page offers the actions you may take for specific types of received complaints.
Please continue to post relevant updates and ask further questions! The forums community and I are here to support you.
Best wishes,

What this new seller is doing is making bundles of named brand items they purchase from Costco and adding a magnet with their name on it. A clear listing violation. The picture is Kinder, Boost etc. Huge names in the marketplace and they are selling it as their own. It won't be long before they are delisted. But it's getting harder and harder to get a human at Amazon to take a look.
The IP complaint is because they trademarked their own name, purchased a unique GS1 barcode and they proceeded to defraud the public into believing they are an authorized seller in some magnitude. They fact they went out and used their own UPC code just shows their intent. Since they are brand registered for the magnet or pen (meaningless) they can remove competition from the marketplace.
