FBA Inbound Shipment Problem
Dear Sellers,
We’ve been receiving Inbound shipment Problem notifications on every single shipment Shipped to FBA these days specially, since Oct, 2021.
We ship 6-7 Shipment every single week and there is no any happy ending with FBA inbound shipment.

The problem was discovered for the shipment named “FBA STA (11/24/2022 23:23)-FTW” on 2023-01-06.
Why Amazon Receiving team are so junk and unaccountable ?
We worked hard, having 4-5 layer of validation before labelling and packaging, we make zero mistake however, we lose 1000$ of Doller every week just because amazon lost/miscount our units, isn’t this super careless and crime to steel money from us?
What they replied if we ask for investigate! More funny!!

Shipment FBA987… has been investigated for “Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box” issues. During your shipment creation, units were assigned to specific boxes in order to help the receive process go smoothly. During our investigation, we found that 1 unit of X001T7Zopy was not in the boxes they were assigned to be placed in. As such, these issues will be upheld on your shipment.

If you are encountering FBA shipment problems with every single shipment, Occam’s razor would dictate that the problem is with something you/your supplier is doing.

I’ve noticed that one is less likely to get false “Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box” when shipping LTL.
Also, the only time I’ve really had an issue with " Inaccurate Item Quantity in Box" was 2018 and it related to the items not being labeled so they disappear and Amazon goes back and says they were not received.
How are you not suspended from FBA if you have 100’s of problems (you said every shipment gets a problem and you send 6-7 per week).
