Hi guys, I am going to remove my inventory as I have not made any sales in the last few months, but I am still paying many fees on my account. My question is when I remove my inventory and close my listings, would Amazon still charge me the monthly subscription fee which is 30£ ? Thanks

No, you need to downgrade the selling plan.
Go to Settings(cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage, and downgrade from professional plan to individual plan. You will not be charged the pro plan fee again.
