Unable to schedule a virtual identity verification video interview

I received an email saying

"Your Amazon selling account will be deactivated on 06/12/2023 in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement if you do not follow the procedure outlined below.

To verify your identity and supply chain verification for your inventory you need to complete virtual identity verification over a video interview. To reserve a time slot for the interview, fill out the form here:"

I have reserved a time slot on 6/2/2023, but nobody got back to me. The next slot selected is 6/14/2023 but I do not know if it is happening or not.

I've called multiple times, but I'm always told someone is on it and will get back to me.

It's now 06/09/2023 and I'm 3 days from being deactivated. This is an account with 10 years of selling history and millions in monthly sales. Any help is appreciated.

@Bryce_Amazon, could you verify if the call is scheduled for 6/14/23?

@Seller_fj5urdmNTkfY7 check under your →Notification Preferences → Contacts to ensure the phone number is up to date and has the correct area code or county/city code. (click on edit to check)

I would also double-check and make sure the phone number is correct under your →Business Address and Phone Number.

For anyone reading this, this thread shows the true seller experience. It may look like there is a lot of support but no real work is being done.

Amazon asks me to schedule a video interview, I responded, but Amazon failed to follow up. My attempts to close the loop leads to nowhere.

While I appreciate the replies of @Bryce_Amazon , @Sonny_Amazon , Medic and the 5 other Amazon.com Seller Support members whom I have contacted via email and phone calls, nobody has been able to provide anything beyond a "I've escalated it".

As per Amazon's threat to me, my account will be deactivated in 2 days if I do not pass the Video verification. This has been so disappointing and frustrating.
