I updated my tax information for Tax ID Number (In progress)
I have updated my tax information, but the content of the form still cannot save the information I uploaded. I don't know whether the verification team can see my new tax information. I want the Amazon support team to know that.



I have also uploaded new files in case ID 13078762611, If there is Amazon support that can see the new information I submit, please pass it on to the verification team. I am trying my best to complete the INFORM verification before the deadline.
The situation---in progress has lasted for more than two weeks. I do not know whether this situation is caused by the incorrect information I uploaded or some minor problems in the Amazon system.
I wish every seller facing the same issue can pass this verification.

I have the same problem. I select the tax ID to uplaod and then sign with my name below. Then the status goes to pending but when you go back the information is not saved.

Based on what you've shared and the high priority of the INFORM Consumers Act I encourage you to connect with our Account Health Support team by phone.
I suggest using the "Call Me Now" feature found on your Account Health Dashboard. We will want our team to put eyes on your account directly and talk through the best course of action for your personal information involving INFORM Consumers Act requirements.
When the verification process is completed the INFORM Consumers Act banner will reflect the completion.

Is the file you uploaded a photo of your ID card or a photo of your business license? Have you passed the review now? I have uploaded it for the second time and it is still under review.
