Unable to access Manage Deposit Methods page to verify bank information

Hi.

I received an email last night asking me to verify my bank account information within 7 days from the Manage Deposit Methods page in Setting but when I click on the page, it gives me "Forbidden. You do not have the rights to perform this action" message.

I have Line of Credit through Amazon's associated lender Marcus and understand that I cannot change my bank account while the loan is active and blocks me from accessing the Manage Deposit Method page. So, in this case, how do I verify my bank account if I cannot access my Manage Deposit Methods page? Can Forum Moderators help me with this matter? I have been using the same bank account since I opened the Amazon selling account few years ago. I opened the case with seller support, but they replied with unrelated response and closed the case. The case number is 12715737611. Thank you in advance for your help.

This is the same issue that we've been facing as well. Unfortunately, we haven't received any update from the moderators and opening cases in seller support isn't helpful.

Yes, this issue needs more attention.

At the very least we need an update stating we aren't going to be suspended since we can not even access this page..

This is the exact issue I'm facing for the exact reason. I too have a line of credit through Marcus. I have also opened a case, but what happens if we cannot verify our bank account within the 7 days? Will we be deactivated due to this issue?

We want to reassure you that your account will not be deactivated or suspended within the next 30 days, due to the inability to reverify your deposit method. We are actively working with the team to ensure you will have the necessary amount of time to submit documentation and reverify your deposit method before the 30 days are up.

we have same issue and 2 cases one is pending 3 weeks with no response and on other that was opened week ago we keep getting same response:

How is it possible that no one at amazon support can’t fix this? I don’t understand how can they reply to call marcus when this is issue on amazon side and also they keep saying “IF YOU WANT TO UPDATE YOUR PREFERRED BANK” when I gave them detailed explanation of the issue with images and also uploaded 2 recent bank statements and deposit account letter from Chase branch manager with his signature and bank seal on it??? Why no one at amazon can’t review manually and re verify bank accounts this is going on for over 3 weeks now and no resolution!!!! Either manually review or send us link on email to upload bank statements this is ridiculous.

to all who is on here I figured it out.

You have to update your banking info on Marcus by Goldman Sachs

log into your Marcus by Goldman Sachs and update your banking info for AUTO-PAY,

upload a voided check and wait about 24 to 48 hours.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND you are using the same banking info they already have. You are not changing your bank account, unless you need it for verification.

After uploading the voided check, 24 to 48 hours has passed you will receive another email from Marcus by Goldman Sachs.

HERE is when they will unlock your Manage Deposit Methods on your Amazon Seller Central account,

OPEN email and you click on the complete the auto-pay approval by logging into your Marcus by Goldman Sachs Credit line. On the TOP right click "complete", this will take you to a tab showing Amazon, you click on the tab instructing you to login to your Seller Central account, two-step verification and your sent to update your Manage Deposit Methods.

YOU NOW HAVE 3 DAYS until it is locked again.

During these 3 days you can have full access to your Manage Deposit Methods.

JUST click on verify and follow the steps to update your banking info.

If you need more then 3 days, do these steps all over again after they lock it.

I just did it and it worked.
