Creating a new listing but getting error The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN.

I purchased a UPC six days ago but am unable to list a new product. When attempting to finish and submit, I encounter the following error: 'The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN.' I have already reached out to seller support but have not received a response in the past two days. Case ID: 15446215911. Can anyone please guide me on how to resolve this?

We are experiencing the same problem. After deep diving on the forum and seeing previous posts, I believe I have found the problem. The problem is when you list your first branded product with Amazon, they register the initial set of numbers to the barcode as your company's license. I am assuming, that like us, you did not purchase a GTIN license or batch of barcodes, so if you go back and check, you will probably notice this issue arose when the serial changed.

It's a tad frustrating Amazon hasn't caught onto this as most of us are not major corporations looking to dish out hundreds of products per year and therefore buying serials by the batches.

Our first 5 products had barcodes that began with 198168 no issues at all, instant link from GS1, did not even have to wait any hours or anything, now my last 4 barcodes were issued with 198715 at the start (I cannot choose) and none of them work, all the same issue. This seems to be the problem.

We have submitted all requested documents to Amazon 4 days ago and have had 0 luck in receiving on update on their end. Hopefully they fix the root of this issue. (Yes, all my barcodes were purchased through GS1 and are active).

Amazon seems to be having issues validating these UPCs and we can't seem to get any help.

If other sellers are having this same issue, please up vote this thread so Amazon support takes notice of this what seems to be a widespread problem.
