Product Listing with a brand that is already registered with amazon
can someone please help me. I'm trying to list an item that with a brand that is already registered with amazon and has a store front. they do not sell the item I'm trying to list and i have a letter of authorization from the brand to list the item. amazon just keeps denying me to list. has anyone had an issues like that they can help me. first they said the GTIN didn't match the description of the item. then i trying the brand registration and this product does not have a serial number nor the trademark number so i can't get past that point.

If they have their brand registered here, why would they want YOU to create a listing? They would either have to authorize you on their account, or create the listing them self.

Thanks for posting here. As @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EImentioned, your best bet is to work with the brand to provide with you authorization in Brand Registry to list their product on Amazon. See the Brand Registry protection roles page for more details on how to implement a role.
