It appears that my submissions are being met with automated responses, and I believe that my case has not been thoroughly reviewed.
In the notification I received, it was indicated that I have not provided sufficient information to reactivate my account. However, I feel that this may be due to the lack of proper examination of the documents I submitted. I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing my action plan and the attached documents to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and to rectify the concerns that led to the deactivation of my account.

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
At this time a plan of action will not be accepted thus is the reason for the quick if not almost immediate rejection upon submission. We require valid documentation to verify compliance with the current violation. Due to this being associated with a concern of authenticity we will require valid invoices that 100% meet our requirements listed in the responsible sourcing help page.
As noted in our responsible sourcing requirements, we need to validate the products full and valid supply chain. Are you sourcing from an authorized supplier? Do you have confirmation that this supplier is authorized to distribute these products? What confirmation do you have that this supplier has been approved by the brand?
I see that in the notice, they advise ASIN: B0BP7WNN9C is the listing of concern, I see this is branded as "Pharma Development". As noted above, is your supplier an authorized distributor for "Pharma Development" or do that have authorization to redistribute products for sale on amazon?
This notice is accurate, if the documentation provided does not address this serious concern the account will remain deactivated.

Thank you for following up on the situation and clarifying your documentation situation.
Regardless of when the product was "sold" we require all sourcing documentation to be maintained and meets our date range of `being within the last 365-days of the violation being received. If the sourcing documents exceeds our date range they would no longer be valid nor acceptable per our responsible sourcing requirements.
If your invoices do not meet our requirements, the account will not be eligible for reactivation. Supply chain documentation will not help if the invoices do not meet a minimum requirement.
As noted, we will not have need to contact a supplier if the documentation does not meet our requirements to be accepted. All sourcing documentation should show inventory being sourced within the last 365 days, if your inventory does not sell and you do not maintain sourcing documentation you will not be able to address these types of situations. It is advised to remove the inventory and sell them through other means as we do not make exceptions in these situations or surrounding authenticity.

Per our letter of authorization help page, we will require that your authorization letter include the following key points:
The five key terms which must be present in every IP licensing agreement submitted to Amazon are:
'Licensor'–The company/brand providing the rights to intellectual property
'Licensee'–The company/brand receiving the rights to use the intellectual property.
‘Grant’–The intellectual property being licensed and the scope of rights granted
‘Geographic Scope’–The specific territory or territories where use is authorized (may be worldwide)
‘Term’–The duration of the authorization (may be perpetual)
Following these terms your document should indicate who authorized whom, to list and sell what and where along with the terms of the agreement. This will show that you are authorized to redistribute sourced products on amazon.
If your agreement does not outline everything required or does not meet our requirements it cannot be accepted. Please review the letter of authorization help page for more guidance on their requirements an language.
