FBA refunds/returns
Seller support refusing to issue reimbursements for FBA orders refunded for the following reasons:
-Shipping Address Undeliverable
-Delivered Late by Carrier
-Unable To Deliver
General adjustment refund seems to be the flavor of the day.
This is insane. After quadrupling FBA fees overnight, you decided you are done reimbursing FBA orders?
How is it that we have so many FBA refunds and the same time our FBM orders have close to 0% return rate?
This is the response from seller support:

We have completed our investigation, and below are our findings:
**Units Declined due to Reimbursement Policy:**
The item is not eligible for reimbursements for reasons that include the request being made for the wrong store, account status is non-normal, or selling contract does not qualify for reimbursement for these issues.
Helm me understand what would be the proper way to request reimbursements.

Dominic from Amazon here, want to try to provide some information here. When possible, we investigate product discrepancies automatically and add or remove the reconciled units from your shipment. If Amazon accepts responsibility for lost or damaged products, they are accounted for as reimbursements.
