Sellers creating listings/bundles with random items to prevent competition
I've noticed several listings where sellers will have a multi-pack or bundle of brand name items and they will put the items in their own company's branded box or packaging. Obviously, this isn't adding any value for the customer and is just a way to prevent other sellers from jumping on the listing.
Here's an example: B0C5WN1K7G. Two boxes of Crystal Light Lemonade, but it comes in a box with the seller's company sticker on it. The brand is listed as "Supreme Box", when it should be Crystal Light. If I tried to sell on this listing, I imagine I would quickly get a counterfeit claim from "Supreme Box".
There's another listing that I couldn't find where it's a few different bags of Temptations Cat Treats along with a sticker of the seller's company. Bundles are supposed to consist of items that are complementary to each other...I wouldn't say a sticker with a random company's name on it is adding any value.
Other than the bundling policy, is there a specific listing policy that is being violated in these examples? I kind of cringe looking at listings like these - it just seems so unprofessional.

Yes, we find it annoying too -- and against at least the spirit of Amazon's policies. Sometimes I report them for having the wrong brand, but as far as I know that hasn't resulted in any changes.

Hello @Seller_a1CZqtxdXTdW5,
Michelle at Amazon here. Do you have a complaint ID that I can take a look at? If you have not reported it yet, please do so here.
Regards,
Michelle

Yes, there are lots of listings like this. One such seller popped up here last year with a bundle (with a private label brand) containing dozens of established food brands from Nabisco and the like. The main product image showed them all.
The seller complained that his listing was taken down, not because of IP infringement or brand violations, but because of expiration dates. The seller claimed they were able to sell these snack bundles for years, making millions, until a few customers complained that their Doritos were stale.
Maybe that's the solution for all of the newbies trying to get ungated for major brands like Nike or Disney or Lego. Don't sell the individual products, just create a brand like Swooshy Sneak Heads and then bundle them - "Men Size 10 Swooshy Sneaker Bundle, 3 Pairs" and rake in the cash.

Depends on a trademark they have with brand registry
----- Classification 035 allows you to do what you see here.
Is this allowed? 100% allowed.
Create your own listing or do your own brand, filling any complaints is not the answer, It seems Amazon wants all sellers to go after each other, no, not a good idea at all.
You could get in trouble and lose it all, reframe from filing anything, stop being jealous and create your own listing and move-on.
It is really that simple, if you do not see the brand you have rights to sell, then do not sell the item, period.
