Hello,

The customer with order number 702-7103743-3887457 informed me that the product was broken when he received it, so I asked him to return the product. Then he opened A to Z and received the refund. But even though 1 month has passed, he still hasn't returned the product. I tried to reach him via e-mail but did not receive a response.

I request your help regarding this matter.
