This has happened to me too, I sell my published book on Amazon and do Easyship. One customer raised a return request saying wrong product delivered. I got back a pair of batteries in return. This mess up is from Amazon side for delivering the wrong product. I did not get a full refund for my book in Safe T claim.

Amazon have lots of bug..

1. They are customer centric but they dont provide customer rating as they provide seller rating. Like out of 100 orders, how many orders this person has rejected.

2. Few delivery person do the fraud. They dont change the packing and return to seller and mark the packet undelivered. after few days they will sell that product to the same customer at half of the price. It happend with me where a customer from Andrapradesh place the order and delivery person retrun a purse to me. When i claim for SaftT, Amazon denined and I got the loss of Rs.10000. Now I cancel the order for this customer. but amazon is not blocking him.

3. Most of things in Amazon work with AI, You will get automated mails. There is no way to veryfi customer before sending order. With flipkart, You can register a case and they contact in your behalf. If customer agrees, We process the order else cancel the order. But there is no system in Amazon like this.

4. If deal is not done, Why to charge fee.. but amazon does that. they are earning more than us.
