I need to reactivate my seller account

My listing status remains inactive for USA, CANADA and MEXICO, but it is active for Brazil. The “Reactivate Account” banner link is not present, neither the ""Identity Verification" banner. And the two links that Amazon Selling Partner Support sent me (Begin Verification in North America) and (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/approvalrequest/registration) does not work. Those links only takes me to another information page, but they does not allow me to attach any document, nor validate or reactivate anything. And they still keep sending me the same link every time that I report the issue. How can I reactivate my account???
