-i call the customer service about 40 times also i send a lots email

How did you log on to get to this forum ?? Don't you need to first log in to your account via the two-step. ?

I have not read through the entire thread, but, are you using a Google phone number, by chance? They suddenly stopped sending the code through those numbers. If you are, open a case on the phone app (if you have access) and tell them you are not getting the code due to the google number issue. I've helped 3 others get theirs resolved this way. If this is not a google number issue, then this is not the solution.

THIS HAPPENED WITH MY AROUND 3 YEARS AGO , DONT WORRY , JUST CLICK DID'NT RECIEVE OTP , >> THEN CLICK CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE >> WRITE YOUR PROBLEM THAT YOU,VE LOSTS ACCESS TO AUTHENTICATOR APP , >> They will then send you email within 24 hours asking for original id / verification document scanned copy , once you ve sent within next 24 hours they will disable two step verification , and remove your bank account ! which you need verify again !
