Germany account deactivated - no one replies from email de-vat-number-appeals@amazon.de
Our Germany account was deactivated and I finally found out through support that it's because of an address / legal name mismatch (which is strange, since our account was fine and operating for 3 months until this happened from one day to the next).
We were referred to the email address de-vat-number-appeals(at)amazon.de
Is there anyone working that department? Not ONE reply in over a week.
You'd think there would be a little more urgency given that our account has been deactivated (Amazon holds our money and no incoming sales since deactivation).
Extremely disappointed in the utter lack of care from Amazon.
