People don't usually come back from a section 3 violation anymore. Your only path is to proof that Amazon made a mistake and you are innocent. Your suspension notice should give you details on this

If you want actual help, you need to stop being coy, and actual be honest about what you are selling.
When answering a question like "What brand are you selling", saying "a well known brand from a foreign country" doesn't help in the least. Name the ACTUAL brand you are trying to sell.
Granted, that may still not help; but it at least stands a chance over "just guess".
