Transfer account to the new LLC
Hello, my amazon account registered on my LLC. I need to close this llc and open new one on another state.
But i don't want to open new account. Can i stay in this account, but change the info to the new one? If yes, which info do i need to change?

We did this in January of 2022. We moved states and changed from a sole prop to a partnership LLC at the same time and kept the same marketplace accounts.
The big thing here is to have everything changed over to the new name before changing anything on Amazon.
Make sure the bank, insurance, loans, credit, commercial accounts, credit cards, utilities, rent, EVERYTHING is changed and those documents are IN HAND first.
Then change the Amazon PURCHASING account business data. This must be done before changing anything on seller central.
wait a day or two for everything to take.
Then change over the business entity, display name, insurance and banking in Seller Central.
