My Products are Inactive
Hi Amazon Seller Support,
I hope you're well.
I am the manufacturer of a range of mineral supplement products and am attempting to list them as a private label seller under my brand. However, I keep receiving an error stating that Amazon is not accepting applications for these products, and all three of my product listings are inactive.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and help me get my listings active?

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for Ingestible Brands. The ASINs mentioned on CASE ID 17153388671 fall under ingestible items and a Ingestible Brands. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for ingestible brands at this time.
- If you feel that the categorization is wrong, please reach out to Seller Support so they can investigate this for you. If you are able to get this re-categorized, please provide me with the new case ID so I can look into this further for you.
- If you have a relationship with the brand directly and they are in Brand Registry, you can reach out to them to ask them to add you as an Authorized Reseller or Brand Representative of their brand, which may get you approved to list their items.
I know this is not the outcome that you were hoping for but this one of those categories that requires additional approvals at this time. Thank you for understanding.
