No Partnered Carrier option for SPD to Amazon
When sending a shipment to Amazon my Partnered Carrier option is now just greyed out. Also, Non partnered doesn't even allow a drop down. I called support last night and they opened a case that hasn't been worked.
Anyone else having this problem? It just started 4/1.

Same thing is happening to me today 4-9. Partnered Carrier is Greyed out, non-partnered has no drop down. Not sure what to do here. I tried adding my phone number to my ship from address but no change. Did you figure anything out?
