Amazon account deactivated for not shipping orders
Hi all,
my account was suspended by amazon on 11 jan 2024 saying we haven't shipped order after confirming,
where amazon shared 10 orders id's out of which 5 were of 3-4 years old where customers requested refund or cancelled.
I have submitted appeal an provided info to amazon of recent tracking and proof of deliveries of last 90 days orders and all orders are delivered before ETA.
I have submitted my last appeal on 17 th jan and since then it is under review.
Can any one help

How do you have your shipping set up as of now? Do you handle the packages on your own or do you have a team that helps move the orders? They will take steps to verify what you are providing to them. If the information is unable to be verified, this will result in a rejection of your submission.

from 5 years ago? You got to be kidding? How many orders do you ship? Do you not ship alot and they are just going down the list? Tracking details aren't even available after 90 days!

op, any luck? I've read the denial and it's asking for proof of recent orders, create a POA to address this.. I would then attach the attach a PDF of the carriers 90 day agreement. This is fixable if worded correctly.
