Inactive (Out of Stock) with counted inventory??
I have product I sent in that is a good seller, but even after receiving and counting in the product the Amazon listing still says "Inactive (Out of stock). There are 148 units in FBA, it's actively showing me they were counted in and available. I've reached out to Amazon several times and get the same stock answer or run-around every time. Deleted and relisted. Went through the uploads and made sure to use the right template, and everything time it would relist the product, still inactive, still showing the same quantity. They keep telling me it's a "back end issue with Amazon" but why am I jumping through all these hoops without any proper solution? They keep giving me all of the possible issues, but can't pinpoint why it's doing it. One of the reasons is they blame that the listing is missing something, but if that was the case, how would 21 other sellers be able to sell it while I'm over here waiting for help. It's absolutely nuts. If anyone else has had this happen and they have an answer, please, I'm all ears.

Hi @Seller_u815KUynssrbs,
Products can appear as out of stock for many reasons:
- Amazon has received orders equal to your last declared inventory amount.
- You did not provide a quantity for your products when you created them.
- You added this product to Amazon within the past 24 hours.
- You failed to correct errors in a recent inventory file.
I would be happy to look into this issue. Can I have the relevant case IDs to get started?
