I wrote to seller support about this many times and always received the same answers.
I received answers such as update your shipping settings and update your handling time settings.
I tried these many times. But it didn't happen.
When I try to connect to the seller support team via live chat, they say they are constantly investigating.
Or they leave the conversation.
I need to solve this problem.
While the incoming orders show a maximum of 10 days of delivery on my 10 Seller Central account, when I look at the customer page, it shows as 26 days late delivery.
I think this added to my sales and lowered my buy box rate.

Are you basing this on actual performance, or basing it on your handling time / shipping template?
