Loss of a Shipment Sent to the Amazon Fulfillment Center
Hello,
My shipment with the ID FBA15K0BR0JB has been lost. I originally sent it in February, and it has now been five months. Despite calling and chatting with support many times, I have not received any response. All that has been done is opening multiple cases, but unfortunately, none of them have been answered.
I had initially communicated under case ID 10946935642. I was asked many questions, and I provided complete answers along with all necessary documents. The shipment was sent via UPS, and I have proof of delivery and all other relevant documentation, yet I still haven’t received any update.
Because of this ongoing issue, I am reaching out to ask if there is anyone who has experienced this before or anyone who can assist me in resolving it.

We recommend that you work with your carrier on these discrepancies and ensure that you have appropriate insurance for future shipments. Many carriers assume limited liability for damage or loss in transit.

You may file only one claim per shipment. Additional claims for the same shipment will be declined. Amazon policies prohibit any activity that would interfere with our capacity to help other sellers. Examples of such activities include submitting insufficiently researched or premature requests, or submitting a large number of requests. Sellers who repeatedly engage in these activities may receive delayed support on their cases or be subject to monitoring, investigation and account action.
