Listing issue and Video issue

The first issue is that I uploaded a video to my listing, but it was rejected by Amazon with the reason that my video contained medical advice. However, the video is just a product introduction and hardly contains any text. Over the past two weeks, I’ve contacted more than ten customer service representatives through email, phone calls, and chat.Almost all the responses I've received are the same, and it seems like no one is actually looking at my issue. They keep directing me to email community-help@amazon.com and fill out forms, but no matter what, the problem hasn't been resolved.It has been two weeks, and I just need a “real” person to review my video so they can see that the system has incorrectly flagged it. Why has no one been able to handle this issue after two weeks?

I have another issue with my listing. Before adding a new bullet point, there was no information displayed. However, after adding a new bullet point, the first bullet point shows a "Product Detail Page Rules Violation (Inaccurate information on product detail page)" error. No matter what information I enter in the first bullet point, the same error message keeps appearing. I contacted customer service, and they just keep saying everything is fine, as long as it doesn’t affect my account health. But my issue is that I can’t submit the change. I need to know why I can’t edit my bullet point at all, and I need them to fix it.

If you have submitted via the method above and haven't heard back in 3-5 business days, please let me know, and we'll look into escalation options.
