Yes completely agree with u. it happens with me also several times. Infact amozon customer agent order the product for inspection but at the time of return i got different and damage product n when i complaint on amazon safe-t claims they said we can't refund because u have generic product.

Amazon team don't even reply on the suspicious order cases. They usually reply after the order was handed over to the pickup agent.

yes we also faced similar situation they give fake order loot us and dont refund us the amount.. instead of making money we have to pay for their stupidity... onlybig mnc companya dn rich brands can survice amazon policy rest small medium sellers will get sucked into this cancer scam policy of amazon....from product visibility scam to easy ship shipping and fake oder returning non returnable products and sutipid safety claim policy...bing in amazon for 1year no one will beleive that wwe have not made singl eprofit bcoz all balance went into -15k for ads and no sales only clicks and impression and after 8 months we sold 130 units for free to get rid of debt and now after 1years we will make real money sounds stupid funny and toxic isnt it?

Fake returns have already costed me huge loss. Most fake orders have come from Rajasthan, West Bengal , Up , Telangana Etc. Safety Return claim is also not helping us. Sometimes I also feel to that Amazon is also involved in this scam.
