Hello,

I've been trying to close my account for over a year since I got deactivated due to a claim that I was selling counterfeit products despite sending numerous documents showing that I purchased authentic products and sent them to the warehouse. Not only did they not allow me to reactivate my account, but they also kept charging me monthly storage fees for the products I had sent over. On top of that, I could not remove my products from their warehouse due to my account deactivation which put me in a lose-lose scenario. I am honestly just looking for advice as far as how I should handle this situation, get Amazon to close my account, and cease charging these fees for a business that has been closed for over a year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Amazon community.
