Amazon refusing to answer question about DAC7

I had a few cases open with Amazon about my account. There was a warning message on my dashboard that said I had better supply VAT info. Confusing, as this is a US LLC business entity selling only in the US territory. I reached out weeks ago about the vicious cycle their UI put me through: It told me to supply DAC7 info, I clicked it, and then it said DAC7 doesn't apply to my profile. Sensing some misaligned configuration and fearing deactivation, I started a case with Amazon weeks ago. Now, of course, time has run out and they have deactivated the account while at the same time serving the message "DAC7 doesn't apply to your profile".

I need immediate help. It seems simple. US company selling only in the US marketplace. Yet I get warnings and finally, deactivation for not completing something Amazon itself says I don't need to complete. And now, to boot, they have kicked back all my support requests with an automated message referring me to the "reactivate your account" link, which tells me DAC7 doesn't apply to my profile.

How do I get out of this loop? It literally will not let me supply any solution.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

MODs- this is related to case ID 14824104211. Last message received was especially cruel - an automated response saying to reactivate my account - which cannot be done unless this issue is resolved
