Hey there @Seller_s7ynLehihBtME,
Thanks so much for posting here in the Seller Forums!
I understand you have questions regarding your account and Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct in regards to multiple accounts.
Amazon allows sellers to maintain multiple selling accounts when there is a legitimate business need for more than one account. Such needs include owning a different brand or being recruited for an Amazon program which requires the creation of a new selling account. Even when permitted, sellers must ensure all accounts remain active at all times. If one account is deactivated then all accounts may also be deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved. All related accounts remaining in good standing at all times is also true for other marketplaces when sellers enroll in global selling.
This will also extend to other marketplaces for sellers who enroll in global selling, as all marketplaces need to remain in active good standing at all times.
If you have created another account, you will need to reactivate that account prior to reactivating your current account.
What is the reason for the deactivation of the target account?
The community and I are here to support you so please feel free to answer these questions and provide any relevant information in your next reply.
All the best,
Stevie.
