"Can anyone kindly take a look at my payment delay issue?
I'm a new seller who registered in August, and so far, all my net income in every past settlement cycle has been transferred to the account-level reserve, which is quite puzzling for me. I've thoroughly checked my bank account, and it's in good health with no policy violations. However, on September 16th and October 21st, I received payment delay review emails, though I couldn't identify any significant issues.
The continuous net income showing as 0 is preventing me from reinvesting in my business, and the account-level reserve has exceeded $3,000!
During this time, I've been trying to figure out the root cause:
As a new seller, there might be payment delay reviews (perhaps one of the issues?)
Two of my products experienced a significant increase in sales in October (could this be another issue triggering payment delays?)
I initially hoped that waiting would resolve the payment issue, but it doesn't seem to be effective. Yesterday, I reached out to seller support, and they informed me that the case has been escalated to specialists, with the current status showing as 'Forwarded.'

same exact thing happened to me. For zero reason, great account health, zero violations, & Yes I update my Info For the inform consumers act, passed all verification and STILL ACCOUNT UNDER REVIEW AND all payments delayed by14days. Everything started sept.26 & to THIS DAY NO-ONE CAN GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION orwhen will the review be over with. My account reserve at times has been almost 3K But my payouts ZERO, or a petty $600- not enough to pay bills or grow a business.
The only way around this is to request my payments early & cashout,since amazon won't pay me properly & keeps the majority of my money in reserves due to that dumb notice about account review for no reason on sept.26. months later still no answer from no one, calling every other day . As soon as I see I can withdraw 1K, I do it. If I wait till actual payday, i only get $500-$700 for every 2 weeks- ridiculous.
Goodluck.there really is no help. That department is handled by bots/ AI'S who have zero common Sense & logic. I been going over 2 months now dealing with this fake "account review". All representatives say my account is in perfect condition yet no one Can give any answers about the fake account reviews just to delay your money even more. There's no reason & zero balance for amazon to keep the majority of your hard earned money in reserves & pay you crumbs. Unacceptable yet were forced to deal with it with no amazon resolve. I've even had agents "escalate" my cases about 4 times, still haven't received any email responses, explanations nor how much longer with the so called review.

PERFECT EXAMPLE, IN REAL TIME- TODAYS DATE, OF HOW THE FAKE "ACCOUNT REVIEW" RESERVES DELAYED BY 14 DAYS PROBLEM LOOKS LIKE:
LOOK AT MY TOTAL BALANCE= almost 3K, LOOK AT MY ACCOUNT RESERVES, & then look HOW MUCH amazon says they're willing to pay me...smh. CRUMBS. TELL ME WHO RUNS A BUSINESS ON LESS THAN $300 EVERY 2 WEEKS?! NOBODY. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Been dealing with these issues since SEPT.SEPT.26 with zero resolve, zero answers from amazon.

Your are not alone - same thing is happening to me since October 19th and the problem still has not been resolved
Have been selling on Amazon with NO PROBLEMS since 2010 and now all of a sudden in October of 2023 everything gets put into ACCOUNT LEVEL RESERVE over a $1000.00 in my account and still I'm sending product around the world and not getting paid its scary
I will not be able to carry out business soon without getting disbursements - margins and sales are not there any longer and the hassle is too much some new requirement everyday or crisis in this situation
I remember when it was fun...
