Amazon Atoz claims
Whats the point of fighting an Amazon AtoZ claim when all amazon do is give the customer there money back even when you prove the parcel was delivered and the customer is lying. We had one the other day and amazon said you have proved the parcel was delivered but we are still refunding the customer. Amazon is a home for people who scam honest sellers and amazon let them get away with it. Amazon really need to look at this but dont think they will bother because they dont give a dam about the seller. Just want to keep taking money of them.

I know this is easy for me to say, but these AtoZ's where Amazon acknowledge the order was delivered but still refund, should be challenged with a LBA and if no redress, Small Claims Court.
It's hard to see how anyone could lose a claim.

Yet again, Amazon SERIOUSLY need to look at the A-z claim system - it is NOT fit for purpose. It beggars belief that they actually acknowledge that the customer HAS received their order, yet have still refunded them !! - SO, SO wrong.
