Valid Tracking Rate VTR; not updated by Amazon in Germany and sending emails instead to close the listing

We are sending shipment by Hermes within Germany and giving the tracking details in the confirm shipment too but Amazon is not updating the shipment tracking details. They are neither telling the details to the buyers nor they are updating it on the seller account and in return buyers are getting angry and also in Valid Tracking Rate it is saying that we did not provide the tracking details. This is unusual and Amazon is not even updating their software. When we talked to customer support even they do not have any thing in their hands and all the system is running on auto mode by the software. One of the customers even took the refund even after we gave the tracking details and showed to Amazon that it is delivered. This was the fault on Amazons side and if they are that much caring about the customers then they should gave refund from their pocket. Now they emailed me that they will block the listing if the VTR will remain below 95% and i have given all the tracking details. First i spent money for making the listing and buying stuff to sell and on top i am giving 15% to amazon on each sale and then some extra just to do tracked delivery but still if i have to suffer then this is not a good service by amazon for the sellers at all even after giving so much to amazon
