BEWARE-AMAZON WILL HOLD YOUR ENTIRE FUNDS AND WIll NOT GIVE A REASON AS TO WHY

I'm having a hard time, my only source of income was amazon, I put all my money to buy products and sell on amazon, my balance for withdrawals is zero and no one answers me anything, the health of my account is great even so they are holding my money, I'm having difficulties with daughter and wife without money to pay my card, no money to buy food for my house and close to due my rent, I can't sleep, I'm giving up on everything, discouraged, sad

All new sellers (and even many older sellers) will have a significant amount of recent sales held in reserve. This is so that Amazon can be sure of having the funds to cover any returns, etc., if you turn out to be a less-than-stellar seller. It's not personal, it's standard.

Amazon is not a "get rich quick" scheme. It's a real business, or at least, that's what they expect you to be running. Start up costs are real.

Sorry that you are in dire straits, but you largely did this to yourself; you put all your eggs in one basket, without even seeing how big the basket was.

I made a big mistake by trusting a company the size of Amazon and putting all my eggs in this business alone

It's not that it's a "company the size of Amazon"; it's the putting all your eggs in one basket that is the problem. Whether you are selling here, opening a B&M store, or selling at a flea-market, it's unwise to leave yourself at the point where you are in such dire straits if you don't get an immediate payback.

It seems to vary by category, but it can easily take a couple of months before Amazon thinks that you are trustworthy; there have been a lot of bad actors here, so Amazon doesn't want to get burned. Like I said, it's not personal; everyone goes through it.

On the bright side, there are many new sellers who never get to the point you are at; they either get no sales, even after months, or they do things improperly enough to have their account suspended and all funds seized. So while things look bad, you're doing better than many. I would guess your only mistake was over-investing.

Not really sure what advice I can give to really help. Perhaps if you have a good relationship with your bank you might be able to get a short loan or something similar. But on the Amazon front, all you can do is wait.

ETA: I see from the next post that you've apparently posted about issues involving authenticity (I may have read them, but not connected the posts). If this is the case, Amazon HAS to hold your funds until things are resolved. It's a legal requirement (and spelled out in the ToS that you read and agreed to).

Hopefully things will work out for you. Refreshing to see someone admit they made mistakes and want to warn others not to repeat.

Good luck!

In a normal business you are paid in 30 days, if you are lucky. So I always plan for that. If Amazon decides to hold your funds for a VELOCITY Check, you need to be prepared. This can last from 30-60 days.

Regardless of these, saying I cannot pay my bills does not matter. You are in business and need to plan for the UNEXPECTED!!!!!
