Urgent Help Required – False Copyright Claim on ASIN B0DNSZWP68 (Claimant Unreachable)
Dear Amazon Support & Seller Community,
We urgently need assistance regarding a false copyright claim that has caused the removal of our top-performing ASIN: B0DNSZWP68.
This ASIN was fully created and published by us. The written content and internal images are 100% original and created in-house. We hold full intellectual property rights over the entire work and have supporting documentation proving this.
The claim was filed in January 2025 by someone using the email tom.fischer9446 gmail , but this person has never responded to a single message, despite repeated attempts over the past 6+ months. We suspect the email may even be inactive.
We have submitted multiple valid DMCA counter-notices, including the most recent one just days ago. The claimant has never initiated legal proceedings, nor has Amazon reinstated the ASIN, which we believe violates DMCA §512(g)(2)(C) and DSA obligations regarding counter-notice procedure.
We are currently blocked from selling a product that is entirely ours, based on an anonymous and unverifiable report.
We respectfully request:
Immediate reinstatement of ASIN B0DNSZWP68
Investigation into the validity of the original claim
Measures to protect sellers against unsubstantiated takedowns
We kindly ask for Amazon's internal team to review this issue urgently.

These cases, as you describe them, unfortunately happen more often and there are also eternal discussions here: The ‘problem’: Amazon is not playing judge here and does not investigate such incidents as you imagine. In the event of a complaint, Amazon accepts it and you as the seller/manufacturer have to prove everything or reach an agreement with the person who reported the offence outside of Amazon. You have tried both and this has not been successful - which is exactly what many people report here. We as colleagues can't help you, perhaps an e-commerce law firm specialising in Amazon can.
