Bank account verification
We are trying to verify our bank, but the account is overseas, in Chile, the country of residency. The system keeps saying it does not accept accounts from certain countries. Is Chile one of them? Also, we can't contact seller support because the account is pending verification and doesn't allow us to open a case.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I do not see Chile on our list of accepted banks.
However, there are a few options here. If you are able to obtain a bank account that meets all of the requirements, you can add that as a deposit method. You can also obtain a Payment Service Provider that participates in the PSP program.
I am providing some additional information below on both of there options.
For bank accounts and credit cards, please review this resource and ensure the requirements below are met.
Bank Account
- Your seller account must have a business address associated with it.
- Your bank account must be located in a country supported by the Amazon Currency Converter.
- Your bank account information must be up to date.
