Missing Valid Banking Information
I have been trying to connect my business bank card to my Amazon Seller account.
The same issue keep arising when I do this. I add my card details to 'Deposit Method' and I receive an email from Amazon afterwards saying my account is missing valid banking information.
There is nowhere for me to see what is missing and there is nowhere for me to verify or update this information.
I have now tried this with two different business accounts and still facing the same problem.
Has anyone any advice or had a similar issue?

They do not want a bank card, they want banking information (routing and account number).

Steve from Amazon here, thank you so much for the question. To fully activate your account you will need to ad both a Credit Card on file and attach the Bank Account that you will use to receive payment.
Please review the resources below for more information on this. For Bank Accounts you will also want to make sure of the following.
Bank account and credit card information for your seller account
To avoid payment delays:
- Your seller account must have a business address associated with it.
- Your bank account must be located in a country supported by the Amazon Currency Converter.
- Your bank account information must be up to date.
After verifying that your bank account meets all of these requirements, if you are still having issues please open a case with Seller Support for further troubleshooting. If you end up needed to create a case, please drop the case ID on this thread and I am happy to make sure this issue is resolved for you.
