seller central log in doesnt work

we cannot sign in to our seller central account--we have tried EVERYTHING! and no one at Amazon can help. When I log in with user name and password we are connected to an old deactivated account that our daughter used to sell textbooks. I actually reactivated it just so I could reach out to support for help. we havent used it in many years. there is honestly no one at amazon able or willing to help. i have shared my cell number for a phone call and have opened up 20+ cases. really have no idea what to do!

Thanks for reaching out with your difficulties with losing access to your seller account. Did the account use the same e-mail address as the one your daughter was using? This kind of issue can sometimes occur if two seller accounts have the same e-mail address. I would recommend clearing your cashe and cookies before attempting to log into your seller account again.
