Brand Registry Case Closed
I applied brands registered, and the case ID is 13038098371 , i did got verification code from my attorney . but unfortunately the first time I do not find right way to send the verification code, when finally I understand how to send the verification code went into Brand Registry and my case was closed and can't reopen.then i went to start a new case and start the process all over again but I'm receiving a message that my case is under review. So now I'm stuck in this loop, please help me.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
I have given up tagging MODS unless there is a case number in the posts since it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....
