Processing Summary on Add a Product via Upload
I am doing my listing via Upload on Amazon, I already uploaded my file and they told me they are some actions requiered on the file, When I open the processing summary, It just appears a page with an encripted code, I've sent the file once anagain and the processing summary was the same. What can I do? Did anyone had the same problem while uploading the file? Thank You!

Hello @Seller_rYKEtLqOcChfC- thanks for surfacing this issue through forums! The processing report is a downloadable file from seller central that will share errors included in a given inventory file. In this case, I am wondering if there is a technical issue being seen when translating into another language, or perhaps, have you had better luck when opening the file in excel? This page has some further background info and definitions of error codes in case it helps!
If opening in excel does not resolve this, it may become necessary to open a case with seller support for more technical assistance!
