Amazon Dropping Capacity to Below Current Usage
Without sending in any additional items over the past month, amazon just notified me a few days ago that my capacity limit for January will be dropped from 6,100 to 4,300 and I am currently using between 4,800 and 4,900.
Essentially, amazon is forcing un me an overage charge of $5,000 - After opening a case with amazon my increase got a canned reply with a your request has been denied.
After paying thousands of dollars carrying over my summer/outdoor seasonal items with Q4 storage charges, amazon want to force me to destroy some of my inventory that seems to be the only option here, a capacity increase request with a high bid has yet to get a response with 5 days left of the month.
Price drops is not an option because people aren't interested in our products now, we have tried that an its impossible to move 500 cu ft in such a short time. It like selling snow shovels in July.
Crying to amazon hasn't helped as they are increasingly obnoxious. Any sellers with best guidance forward?

Hi @Seller_vWNmBHEmYGYjF,
Dominic from Amazon here, can you please provide me with the Case ID you submitted for this? In turn did you submit a request through the capacity manage for increased space? If not I would recommend that as the first step.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Dominic
