Add another variation to existing listing
I have seen that there are some listings in the same product category as mine have 3 variations and I would like to add a 3rd as well to my existing listing. Please let me know if this is possible and how to go about it.

Yes, this is possible. Go in your seller central, type "add variation" in the search bar on top and read the help pages that show up.
Most probably you have to create a parent first and then create the variations.

Yes, you can easily add a third variation by going to Manage Inventory, selecting the ASIN, clicking on Edit Listing, and then choosing Create Variation for this Listing. After that, select the type of variation, enter the necessary information, and you’re all set!

As your fellow Sellers have said, you can add a third variation via your Manage Inventory page. See the steps mentioned in the "Add to or update an existing variation family via Variation Wizard" within the Add a variation using Variation Wizard page.
