Product Authenticity Complaint - How to upload invoices more than 10 MB
Amazon is asking for the invoices for goods sold in the past 365 days. However, my invoices size in total are more than 10 MB. I submitted 10 invoices and that already comes closer to 10 MB and was denied. How do I get past this issue?

That's a very strange request from Amazon, can you copy paste Amazon's original message here for us to take a look?

What Amazon is asking is for proof that you bought your items from an authorized and legitimate source.
They have noted the following HYPOTHETICAL situation --
You sold 1000 items. You submitted invoices proving that you actually purchased 200 items from an authorized supplier. They then come to the conclusion (right or wrong) that you MAY have purchased the other 800 units from the black market or counterfeit suppliers.
Your job is to prove that ALL of the items sold are legit and they don't make it easy to load large files.
Can you truncate the invoices into one document with JUST the items in question, or are they questioning ALL your sales?

Hello @ThanhNguyenBeautySto
Atlas from Amazon here! I understand that you are currently in the process of addressing an authenticity complaint.
How do I get past this issue?
For documents that may have a bigger size, we would recommend creating a case for your submission. A case will need several vital details included with the documents. The submission should include what the purpose of the documents is, any ASINs that are needing to be highlighted, and the specific violation that is being disputed. With those details, the case should be transferred for review with the appeals team.
If you have any additional questions or relevant information to share, continue to refer here so we may assist!

We have also dealt with this. We have found the best solution is to use a 3rd party website to "compress" your images before submitting to Amazon. This will allow you to add the sufficient number of invoice images as necessary because they now take up lower memory space of the 10mb maximum. Hope this helps, good luck!

check out a document compressor on google, works like a charm.

Use the snipping tool. It will bring down the file size dramatically

only online PDF compressor site that allows me to drop a 200MB file is this:
pdf2go
I wasn't able to finish testing because it was canceled due to taking more than 15 mins. If you want to try you would need to get their paid version ($6.50/month, cancel it after your try)
This is the smallest size setting I used:
- Choose from preset (insane quality 20 dpi images)
- check both additional compression (grayscale image and text and remove images)
This should give you the smallest output result. Open file and check if it's acceptable, not sure if this would get your file down to 10MB since I wasn't able to finish the test with free version.
If this doesn't work, only other option I can think of, is use Adobe Indesign. But it's gonna require you copy paste or import all your pdf into it. It will be able to generate a very small PDF file. After that you can compress it again to get it even smaller.
Not sure about Photoshop maybe it might work too. For these Adobe software if you don't have them you'd need to first go to adobe site, sign up and download free trial. Cancel them after you done.

Can be worth the try.
This option is the best bringing down your file below 10MB, but not sure if Amazon takes screenshots.

Save it as a JPEG, they have been known to accept those. Could convert to PDF if nessisary
