Credit Card Stuck in Verification

Hello all,

My Seller account is relatively new. I verified my identity and address. After these were verified, it was time for my charge card to be verified. I have had my bank credit card on file to pay for the professional seller program, and for over a week it still gives me the error saying, "Problem with your Seller Account. You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings." After waiting for 5 days, I added my business credit card to my account and I am seeing the same exact issue for 4 days now.

I have had over 10+ conversations with Support and no one knows what is happening since my card is already verified on my seller account and I confirmed with both banks that everything is good on their end.

If anyone experienced the same thing and fixed it, please let me know how since I have over 1,000 units waiting for me at my distributor for over 2 weeks now ready to ship.

You need a valid credit card, not a debit card associated with your bank account.

@Steve_AmazonHi, I saw you helped another seller with a similar issue. Do you think you can find out why I am stuck in verification? The support team doesn't know and keeps sending me around to people who also don't know.

Hello there, my name is CR and I had a quick second to peek into your account and specifically case #15316028451 where there was an update yesterday 5/22/2024.

Within that case they let you know that they are currently verifying your updated credit card information and that full access should be back again within 24-48 hours.

We will need to wait for another day to give the full time frame provided as they have better insight and visibility into the verification process on their end.

In the meantime, I am going to see if I can do a few other checks on my end.

By chance, have you tried to create a listing from desktop, not mobile and receiving the same thing? If you can share a screenshot of the desktop error that mirrors what you are seeing on mobile, that would be appreciated.
